I am here to let you know that you are the most important person!

You have to be willing to take care of yourself first, before you take care of others.  I know that since you are reading this message you may be a motivator, inspirer or just enjoy helping others but sometimes, you have to think about yourself as well.

Have you ever been on an airplane and the flight attendant said ” If something happens on the plane, use the oxygen mask to cover yourself first!” 

In order for you to assist someone else you have to willing to take care of the most important person.  If you are not at 100 % you wont be able to be much help to anyone else.

I’m still learning how to manage taking care of myself everyday.  I GIVE  GIVE GIVE and I should learn to take time for myself.  I cannot be of any service to you unless I am a great service to myself.  No matter if it’s an hour or a minute; that “ME time” is very valuable.  So make the most important person in the world, the most important person in the world! Learn to take care of yourself! Sometimes you have to plug yourself in to charge to 100 % before you begin to help someone else.  If you feel your best you will give your best.
